After a sent email successfully arrives, the related booking history log will typically indicate the email’s status as “Delivered” and then “Delivered & Opened” after the guest has opened the email.
If the status remains at “Delivered,” this does not necessarily mean that the recipient has not opened the email. Some email providers may not support an email platform’s service of tracking the status of delivered emails. As a result, there may be occasions where guests will have received an email and opened it, but it will not show as opened in the booking history log.
