To prevent malicious email impersonation and spoofing, receiving email servers check whether Sirvoy is authorized to send an email using a customer’s domain. This is done using a set of authentication methods called Sender Policy Framework (SPF) and DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM). If this verification fails, an email will either be sent to the guest’s spam folder or will not be delivered.

Setting Up SPF Authentication

  1. Go to your domain’s control panel.
  2. Add include:_spf.sirvoy.com to the SPF record on your DNS server.

Note: You may need help with the above steps from your webmaster or your web host support.

If emails are still sent to the guest’s spam folder or are not delivered, contact Sirvoy Support for information on how to add a DKIM record.
