You can refund a previously made Stripe charge directly from the booking details page in Sirvoy. It usually takes up to one week before the refund can be seen on the guest’s bank statement.

  1. Click the red arrow icon for the payment which you want to refund.
  2. Enter the amount. You can make either a partial or full refund.
  3. A new payment line will be added on the booking details page, showing the refund.
